Shop Policies:
All sales are final. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds. We may offer exchanges under limited circumstances. If an item is damaged as a result of quality, customers must e-mail their concern within 14 days of receiving the items for an exchange if inventory allows. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange where the product returned is not in its original condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
Items ship within 2-4 business days. Expect to receive a shipping confirmation to your email provided at checkout within 48 hours of completing your purchase. The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If the customer fails to provide the correct address, and the item is returned, they will be responsible for paying to have the item re-shipped. If a shipment is marked as delivered and is missing, please first contact the shipping provider using the information provided in the shipping confirmation email. We are not responsible for package theft.
